How long does the claim notice process take?

After your device is received it will be examined and a damage report will be drawn up. This report will be sent to the insurer for evaluation. Within 5 business days after receiving your device, the insurer will contact you.

When the damage is within the coverage of your policy, your device will be repaired or replaced. This depends on the damage. A repair usually takes 10 business days and sending a replacement device takes on average 5 business days.

The average duration of the whole process is therefore between 15 and 20 business days, depending on the damage to your device.
